This one was a clean-up/set up book. So nothing particularly happened but it was all enjoyable. It read very fast and I was surprised at one point in the book that I was as far along as I was, which I think was a result of the fact that there isn't really an overarching plot in this one. It's mostly Kitty dealing with her family, and her pack, and the vampires and all the responsibilities she has as pack alpha and taking on Roman plus family. The book also sets up the novels to come and fits in nicely with the over-arching plot of the series. Not my favorite, but enjoyable and easy to read.
